Mossroddich (Moss Roddock) is a 5 acre trout loch situated on the outskirts of
St John’s Town of Dalry, 16 miles north of Castle Douglas, south west Scotland.

Stocked regularly with both rainbow and brown trout, the loch has stunning views
over the local countryside. Mossroddich is stocked with fish between 2lb and 5lb
with the occasional heavier fish weighing up to 20lb for good measure.

Daily permits are available plus Fly Fishing lessons and Introductions to Fly Fishing

for individuals and small groups.
